‘Tis the twelfth day of Christmas, and I did receive a gift - a great review for my acting role in the Christmas film, “O Holy Knight!” It was face-to-face and such a thorough description of everything I had meant to give the role, that I was honored to hear the detailed praise.
Very often, an actor not in the main role or an actor without an extremely emotional scene is overlooked, but those are the actors that always amaze me. I have written about several actors with small scenes, because in their role, they make their character what it should be. The small roles are what quietly make the rest of a film, all that it can be. So, I love finding incredible talent in the most “unknown” actors all of the time.
I will start writing about “Amazing Artists” again in Spring since I did not have time in the last several months. My blogging on “Amazing Artists” is just fast little bits of thoughts, but there is so much good to say about so many artists!
I have had a lot on my plate in 2024 learning harp and adding Old Gaelic studies to my Irish and Scottish Gaelic studies, but I will happily consider the ardent advice given to me, to make time for acting by the end of the year. We will see what God has in store.
