I haven't had much time to run or even swim. But this week, I had to make time. So I went out at the 4:00pm hour, into temperatures well over 100 degrees. Not bad. Hot, but doable. And it is so pretty right now! Yellow leaves turning tan-brown, mixed with green leaves. Really got to make it to the beach, though.
