It is a historical photo of train tracks in the Texas winter fog, and if you look carefully, you can see the sun coming from the right, barely lighting the grasses and some leaves on the trees before it breaks through to the other side where it gently colors the rail with spots of gold. I would guess this is sunrise; the sun seems low and bright. Raul submitted it to Collin County Historical Commission.
